No worries ! The Zen Head massage is a guilt free service where no cutting or coloring is involved.

✨I need to run out after, Will my hair be greasy?

Both services involve a wash and style so you will go out feeling and looking fresh!

✨Do I need to bring anything?

Just your fine self in some comfy clothing, an open heart and maybe a journal if theres something right then and there you want to take note of.

If there is anything special or important to youthat you’d like to include: a certain oil, crystal, cards, a special candle… bring it! Lets play.

This experience is unique just for you!

✨What should I expect to feel?

Deeply relaxed, light, safe, and of course beautiful!

Some people may feel a little off after a session. This is just the energy moving and shifting.

Give yourself some time afterwards to chill out. You could be processing a lot. For some people this energizes them, for others it can drain them.

Both are good signs- just make sure to be gentle on yourself, drink lots of water and nourishing foods shortly after our session.
