My ever-present virtual assistant will reach out + confirm 48 hours prior to your appointment, however…here’s a few facts you need to know: 


Cancellation fees

[as in yup… I charge ‘em. Life is precious, so is time

  • up to 48 hours prior • no fee - whew! 
  • less than 24 hours • 50% of reserved service fee will be charged 
  • oops - you totally forgot • 100% of reserved service fee will be charged 
  • late arrival may result in a shorter customized service but full service fee charged 
  • bridal party cancellations • non-refundable deposit of $250, collected at time of booking, will be forfeited 



Due to the intimate atmosphere of my salon space, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment.

The inside back door will remain locked until I am ready to welcome you. 

If you’re early, please sit and enjoy a moment of quiet in the waiting area inside the back door, or outside in the gazebo. Ahhh…that always feels good, doesn’t it?

In person sales @ time of appointment or by pre-arrangement. No drop-ins. Please. 

Unhappy with your hair? 

I totally understand, it happens to the best of us. 

Here’s my personal guarantee… and what you need to do: 

  • Notify me within the week following your service  
  • If I’m 100% responsible, I’ll redo or tweak the service free of charge. A small product fee may be charged. 
  • With pre-discussed color corrections - which are always wild cards, aren’t they?! - a full service fee will be charged if you choose a ‘take two’.
